Surendra leads Vishv Energy’ planning, financing, marketing and investor-relations efforts. With extensive experience at world-class organizations and a stellar track record of success in the technology/power/infrastructure industries, Surendra brings a proven ability to assemble high performance teams focused on customer and partner success. Surendra’s leadership has positioned the company at the forefront of the industry and ensures systems are in place to sustain high quality solution delivery and to meet rigorous standards of operation and service. Prior to Vishv Energy, he served as the Executive Director of Phocos Solar. While there, he spearheaded the company's programs for customers and partners and led cross functional teams. Surendra has a bachelor’ degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an M.B.A. from HEC School of Management, Paris.

Adisivan, FCA, partner of Ganesh Venkat & Co, heads the audit committee of Vishv Energy. The committee leads the financial operations of Vishv Energy in alignment with their vision and the objectives of the company. Adisivan collaborates with the Board to evaluate, structure and execute on business/revenue modeling, future financing, strategic investment and M&A that maximize Vishv Energy’s short and long term opportunities. Mr. Adisivan also ensures that appropriate systems, policies, budgets, controls, and procedures are in place to support sound, legal practices in support of the strategic direction of the business.

Vinod comes from Phocos Solar and brings over 7 years of qualitative expertise in Energy and Power Generation. The service has given him rich experience in aspects of design engineering and quality analysis in the field of solar power systems. Vinod manages a team focused on reducing the cost per watt of our installations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.  Prior to to  Phocos, Vinod worked at ION Exchange India managing desalination projects. Vinod earned a bachelor’ degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Vel Tech Engineering College.

Srinivas brings close to 11 years of experience in development and acquisition of infrastructure projects. Srinivas is responsible for Vishv Energy's solar development efforts and new business origination with utility scale customers. Srinivas also leads distributed generation team that is responsible for market assessment, strategy creation, and partnership development. Prior to his position at Vishv Energy, Srinivas held senior technical marketing, application engineering, and channel development roles with Sam KRG Pistons. Srinivas holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from KL Deemed University.

Lavanya is responsible for identifying and evaluating areas of strategic opportunities including entering new markets, channel development, evolving the customer experience, and developing new business models. Prior to joining Vishv Energy, Lavanya served at Suzlon Energy in various project assignments. Prior to Suzlon, Lavanya worked in the field of environmental economics on research projects under the aegis of the British High Commission. She has also authored several macro-economic and market research reports as Senior Research Analyst in Frost and Sullivan. Lavanya holds a masters degree in Economics from Ethiraj College, University of Madras.
